Anita, a 42-year-old school teacher, had always led an active and independent life. Over the past year, however, she began experiencing persistent pain and stiffness in her hands and wrists, especially in the early mornings. Early confirmation allowed timely initiation of disease-modifying antirheumatic drug (DMARD) therapy, effectively slowing disease progression.  With appropriate treatment and follow-up, Anita’s joint pain and morning stiffness gradually improved. Today, she continues her teaching career with renewed confidence and mobility.
